AUGGS Courses: Refund Policy

At AUGGS Courses, we want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. If you are not happy with a course or subscription, you may be eligible for a refund according to the terms outlined below.
Our goal is to provide a fair and transparent refund process. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your options.
1. Individual Course Purchases
If you purchase a single, standalone course, you are eligible for a full refund within 5 days of your purchase date.
- Eligibility Window: You must request the refund no later than 5 days after payment.
- Conditions: A refund will not be granted if you have:
- Substantially completed the course (defined as viewing more than 40% of the content or downloading a significant portion of the course materials).
- Already been issued a Certificate of Completion for the course.
- How to Request: Please email our support team at [email protected] with your account details and the name of the course you wish to have refunded.
2. Course Bundles & Specializations
This policy applies when you purchase multiple courses together as a package, bundle, or specialization for a single price.
- Eligibility Window: The 5-day refund period applies to the entire bundle, starting from the date of purchase.
- Conditions: We do not offer partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle. To receive a refund, you must not have substantially completed any of the courses in the bundle or received any certificates for them.
- How to Request: Contact [email protected] with your purchase details to request a refund for the entire bundle.
3. Subscription Plans
For our subscription plans that grant access to a library of courses (e.g., monthly or annual plans):
- Payments are Non-Refundable: Fees for subscription plans are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel, you will prevent future billing, and you will continue to have access to the subscription content until the end of your current billing period.
4. General Terms & How Refunds Are Processed
- Requesting a Refund: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Please include the email address associated with your account and the specific purchase you are referencing.
- Processing: Once a refund request is received and approved, we will process it within 15-30 business days. The refund will be sent to your original method of payment.
- Abuse of Policy: We reserve the right to deny refunds to users who we suspect are abusing the refund policy, such as consuming most of a course and then requesting a refund, or repeatedly requesting refunds for different courses.
- Termination for Cause: No refunds will be issued for accounts that are suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions or Code of Conduct.
